Swedish massage – 60 minutes

A full body massage which involves specialised techniques of rubbing muscles together in the same direction of the blood flow towards the heart. This targets a complete relaxation session, aims to reduce anxiety and improves sleep and mobility  

Deep Tissue Massage – 60 minutes

A full body massage which involves sustained pressure techniques by using slow, deep strokes that target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues which help to break up scar tissue. This promotes quicker tension release, increases blood flow and reduces inflammation

Back Massage: Swedish or Deep Tissue – 45 minutes

Swedish massage is one of the most sought after. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling. Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than Swedish massage and involves sustained pressure techniques by using slow, deep strokes that target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues which help to break up scar tissue

Reflexology – 45 minutes

This technique involves massaging and applying pressure to areas of the feet, ears and hands. Its primary aim is to calm the central nervous system, to promote relaxation and to relieve accumulated stress and tension

Back, Neck and Shoulder with Ayurveda Head Massage – 75 minutes

A popular massage style, which targets the upper body and is loosely based around techniques used in Swedish massage. The pressure used tends to be light to medium touch, unless you request a deeper pressure. This treatment is further complimented with a sensory pleasure massage on the head which may ease symptoms of headaches, reduces stress, and possibly boost hair growth

Ayurveda Head, Swedish Back Massage and Reflexology – 120 minutes

A heavenly experience for the body, mind and soul. Ayurveda’s main principle is that the mind and the body are connected and that the mind has a profound influence over our health and well-being. This treatment focuses on the back and shoulders; the areas most common for people to accumulate tension. It continues with a traditional Indian massage of the head, neck and shoulders to relieve further tension and to promote mental clarity. It finishes off with massaging and applying pressure to areas of the feet, ears and hands to calm the central nervous system

Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology – 105 minutes

If you work out regularly but do not find enough time to relax your muscles, then you should schedule this treatment while on your vacation. Our massage therapist will tailor the appropriate pressure on your body according to your needs and will finish this treatment with techniques used in Reflexology Therapy, which uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet, hands and ears, to get you ready for your next work out with less stressed muscles and a more relaxed state of mind

Meet our In-house Massage Therapist

Luigiana is a qualified freelance therapist who followed professional and well-renowned courses at The International School of Beauty Therapy, based in Malta. She holds a Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) approved level 3 course qualification leading to the acquisition of a diploma in Body Massage (MQF Level 4), which is also approved by the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC). This enables her to perform safe and effective message treatments.

She is best known to give her utmost by applying freestyle effective massage treatments accordingly by manipulating the muscles and other soft tissues in order to relieve stress and pain, while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience, supported by her advanced knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

We can offer you 2 different Yoga styles depending on your needs.

  1. Slow Yoga – For relaxation and flexibility. Ideal to release stress and tension in the body and mind. Focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
  1. Vinyasa/Fit Yoga – Ideal for calming the mind. Helps in building muscle strength while improving your fitness. A more flowing sequence of movement using the breath. 
  • You can opt for an individual session at your own vacation home or at any location in Gozo
  • You can opt for a private session for your entire group at your vacation home or at any location in Gozo
  • You can opt to experience flotation therapy at our Yoga teacher’s spa-centre in the main town of Victoria

Our in-house Yoga teacher, Johanna from Sweden, has practiced yoga for the last 10 years. Since then, she has been on an intensive journey of awakening and self-discovery. Yoga has been a turning point for Johanna to start to see life from a new perspective. Johanna loves to discover, teach and her expertise with passion to others.
